Frequently Asked Questions

  • I manage Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. I also maintain a Google My Business profile, upon request.

  • For local clients (Upstate, SC), I capture footage on an iPhone 14 Pro AT LEAST once a month to maintain an up-to-date content bank of photos/reels. The client is also encouraged to send me content they have. It’s a partnership! In our kickoff call (and every subsequent monthly review call), we discuss upcoming events, holidays, promotions, etc. so that we can plan accordingly. Ask me about my partner videographers/photographers for more highly-produced footage!

  • My ideal client is a visionary. They love their business and watching it grow. But they are spread thin and don't want to compromise on their standards and quality. Either social media doesn’t excite them, they feel they can’t keep up, or don’t have time to create. They want to partner with someone who "gets" their vision/brand/voice.

  • I will monitor your social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers to build relationships and boost engagement. I will defer to client for comments I cannot reasonably respond to.

  • I believe that having a variety in posts performs well on social media, and is most compelling for audiences. I aim to have a balance of static posts, carousels and reels. Due to reels performing well on Instagram, I try to do reels as often as possible. I'd say the ideal reel-to-static post ratio ends up being at least 60/40, depending on the content I have to work with.

As far as stories go, I consistently add content to the story where it makes sense, and do not factor each story into my "2-3 posts/week" cadence. I believe there are people who primarily thumb through IG stories, while there are those who primarily scroll the timeline. Let's catch both audiences. My decision to post to the story depends on this question I ask myself: "Will this fit into an Instagram highlight?" Simply put, if there is a behind-the-scenes content opportunity, I will share to the story with appropriate links and then save as a "BTS" profile highlight, if you have that available. This is why I recommend having Story Highlights such as "About", "BTS", "Team", etc. Plus IG stories are great for nurturing your existing audience

  • Metricool is my preferred content scheduler, which allows scheduling posts at optimal times/days of engagement. I also pull trending hashtags and generate monthly analytics reports.

Airtable is my content calendar tool that allows a streamlined approval process. My client can have their own free account to suggest edits.

    Canva Pro for graphics.

CapCut, Canva Pro and DaVinci for video editing.

  • I create content on Wednesdays of each week to maintain a 2 weeks ahead schedule. Clients have until Friday to approve content. All social media posts will be scheduled by Friday. Anything unapproved will either get pushed to the following week or posted as is (if I don't have any questions or am waiting for a response). At the end of every month, my client and I review analytics and discuss how to do more of what’s working.

  • If the client wishes to cancel our agreement, they must give a written notice two weeks in advance of the termination date. ImageUp Innovations will then invoice the client for any balance owed. The client agrees to pay the balance within three (3) days from the date of the invoice.

  • Analytics Reports are included in the Standard and Premium packages, as well as my Scheduling Service. These reports can be a vital tool to identify areas for improvement, and ensure that your social media presence aligns with your business goals.

  • This depends on what goals the client has set. For instance, if you want to increase website traffic, we would see how many clicks were generated on your site or email signups. If you want to grow brand awareness, we would look at KPI’s such as reach, shares, and increased follower count. Your social media goals will help determine what the calls to action will be.

  • I completely understand budget constraints and I'm glad you see the value in my services. While my prices are based on the quality and results I deliver, I’d love to discuss how we can tailor a solution that fits your budget without compromising the value. Let's find a way to work together that benefits us both.

  • Since content is sometimes unpredictable based on events, projects, availability of the team, weather for outdoor shoots etc, I like to provide a range. (i.e., 4-7 posts/week). I've found flexibility is key when it comes to strategizing/executing a content plan due to all those factors.
